The TACTICAL LASER TAG LEAGUE
The longest running organized Tatcical Laser Tag sports program in the US
The TLTL was started in 2016. Our focus is to bring the sport of Tactical Laser Tag (TLT) to players that never looked at it as an “organized sport”. It was started in New York and has now been launched to companies around the country to bring our program to as many players as possible. Our member companies all use commercial grade Tactical Laser Tag equipment and are trained to follow our curriculum and adhere to our core values to ensure that players in every company get the same great result for all their league sponsor groups.
League Structure
The TLTL is the umbrella organization that acts as a framework for Tactical Laser Tag operators to run and organize the TLT “game” into an official “sport” for their players.
Think of the TLTL as the “NFL” so to speak.
Beneath the TLTL you have the “Companies”. these are the companies that join the TLTL in order to start League programming. They are all given a letter designation named after their NATO phonetic alphabet.
Companies would be like the AFC or NFC within the NFL
Within the Company, you have the PLATOONS. Platoons are the different league groups that could be anything from schools, towns, recreation departments, church groups…Any organization that runs seasons of play. Each Platoon is designated a number. So, you can be Alpha Company - 1st Platoon or “A-1”
Within a Platoon these organizations are broken up into SQUADS…or individual teams. these are the player groups that compete against each other. There is no set number of players that can constitute a squad. A squad could be 4 players or 8 players. The Company is responsible for deciding how large they want their squads. Squads are usually designated by a color. So…they could be A-1 Red or A-3 Green

LEAGUE PATCHES

Our league players have plenty to be proud of…but how do they show other players what they have managed to achieve over the course of their League Career? PATCHES!! As part of our L.E.E.T. Shirt program, players have the perfect display piece to show off those season victories and the Company and Platoons that they play for. Our LEET shirts have multiple Velcro fields on both arms that allow for players to display their patches with pride!
